About Zara
I'm Zara Yeo, a Support Coordinator based on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria and I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and those navigating mental health and psychosocial challenges. My role as a Support Coordinator is to help clients access the resources, services, and community connections they need to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
As a neurodivergent individual and the mother of a neurodivergent child, I understand firsthand the unique challenges of accessing support and navigating complex systems. This personal experience deepens my commitment to making the support journey as seamless, accessible, and empowering as possible for my clients.
My approach to support coordination is holistic and person-centered, ensuring that services are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I work alongside clients to clarify their goals, coordinate with providers, and advocate for the services that truly make a difference in their lives. My background in somatic trauma recovery and counselling has equipped me with a unique skill set, enhancing my ability to understand and meet the diverse needs of each client.
My goal is to foster a supportive, collaborative environment where individuals feel empowered, understood, and confident in navigating their supports. Through strategic planning, compassionate guidance, and dedication, I aim to support each person in reaching their full potential and creating a life that reflects their values and aspirations.
